Shakira officially made her Copa América debut during the final match’s halftime show on Sunday, July 14th, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. Dressed in a stunning metallic silver skirt and halter top, the Colombian superstar kicked off her performance with her iconic hit “Hips Don’t Lie.” As she sang, “Te Quiero, Colombia!” (I love you, Colombia), the crowd erupted with enthusiasm. Shakira was joined by an ensemble of dancers, both human and robotic, as she transitioned into “Te Felicito,” “TQG,” and “Puntería,” showcasing her flawless dance moves and high-energy choreography.

Before Shakira took the stage, fellow Colombian star Karol G performed the national anthem of Colombia, while Abel Pintos sang the anthem for Argentina. Other music stars like Feid and Maluma were also present, adding to the event’s star-studded appeal.

For fans eager to see more of Shakira, she announced a world tour starting in November, with the first show at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California.
